RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Dollybird wants you to love your piece, so if you are unhappy
or not satisfied with your purchase,
Dollybird will honor an
exchange or credit within 14 days of receipt.
If Dollybird deems the piece to not be in new condition and in it's
exact original form,
with original packaging, Dollybird reserves the
right to deny a refund or exchange.
Tangled, tarnished, damaged or
otherwise worn pieces will be denied.
The item needs to be shipped back insured with
delivery confirmation
and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of
the buyer.
In the case of a return, please contact Dollybird for a Return Authorization Number
and Returns Address.
